If you have Internet mail files that include the mbox file extension, then you can import the file into your Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 application to manage the content of the file in the Outlook 2007 program. Instructions
1) Open the Microsoft Outlook 2007 application on yourcomputer. Click on the “Microsoft Office” button from the top toolbar menu.
